Barre and Barre Variations

This hour-long class is broken up into approximately 10 sections, taking you on a journey through a Tai Chi warm-up, Sun Salutations, Standing Strength, Balance, Core, Stretches, and Gentle Relaxation. Gentle Pilates Flow & Yoga

Hesitant about jumping right into Pilates or BodyBalance™? Gentle Pilates Flow will introduce you to the challenging mat exercises of Pilates by blending standing work and layering functional exercises to build core strength, while our Gentle Yoga is the perfect all-levels class for slowing down while opening up.
